Regional Support Manager – Nursing Homes Location: South West England Salary: Up to £75,000 + comprehensive benefits package Are you passionate about raising the standards of care and service in a luxurious, person-centred environment? Compass Associates are proud to be working alongside a valued client in their search for a Regional Support Manager to to support a growing portfolio of luxury homes across the South West of the UK. Key Responsibilities * Champion high-quality clinical practices across the portfolio of homes by offering expert guidance and fostering innovative approaches to service delivery. * Ensure the homes consistently deliver top-tier, personalised care and planning that meets residents' unique needs. * Work alongside the Home Managers of underperforming services to design and implement action plans that achieve quality and compliance goals. * Provide guidance to Home Managers on policies and regulatory standards, ensuring full compliance with company and industry regulations. * Work collaboratively with Home Managers to develop and execute Service Improvement Plans, fostering ongoing quality improvement. * Step into the role of Home Manager as required, embodying a proactive leadership style to effectively address challenges. Requirements * Must be a qualified Nurse (RGN / RMN / RNLD) * At least 3 years experience as a Home Manager, demonstrating effective leadership in well performing homes. * A track record of delivering high-quality care, evidenced by positive CQC inspections. * Strong abilities in leading and mentoring teams to reach their full potential. * In-depth understanding of care home regulations and legislation, ensuring compliance and best practices.
