Sales Development Representative

Sue Ross Recruitment are working with a leading Multi-Disciplinary Construction Consultancy in the recruitment of a Sales Development Representative. You will be working within a small sales and business development team, conducting lower-level sales calls with the aim of setting up meetings with potential clients. * Resources Provided: * Sales script. * Contact list of prospects (from an existing internal company database). * Laptop and phone. * Use of CRM software (training provided). * Coaching and Training. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct sales calls using a provided script. * With the aim to set up and co-ordinate meetings with potential clients. * Maintain records using the CRM system. Skills/Experience Required: * Strong communication skills. * Must have a confident, engaging and friendly telephone manner. * Sales or Customer Service experience essential. * Ability to work independently and follow a structured sales approach. Working Hours: Flexible, to be discussed (with potential part-time/full-time options) Salary: Negotiable depending on experience.
