Senior Quantity Surveyor

Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor Division: UK Construction Location: Northwest Senior Quantity Surveyors, are you ready to embark on a new journey? Do you want to join a thriving Tier 1 contractor? Projects on average range between £10 - £50 million and the sectors include: Leisure, Justice, Defence, Education, Health and Commercial schemes. Duties and responsibilities: Exposure to the full project lifecycle with involvement across pre-construction through to project delivery Working alongside the project delivery team, to ensure the contractual control and cost management of projects across different sectors Managing the commercial aspects of subcontract accounts from procurement to interim and final account agreement Being involved with the final account negotiation to ensure the best possible outcome Manage junior Surveyors Skills & experience: Main contractor experience as the SQS within the Construction space Experience of different contract forms Experience on projects ranging between £10m to £50m Experience in establishing, managing and leading a large project team Interested in the opportunity above?
