Behaviour Mentor Sports Background Bradford £90 - £100 (dependent on experience) Immediate Start Qualiteach Yorkshire are currently looking for an outstanding Behaviour mentor with a background in sports to support one of our local schools in Bradford. The role will be working within a mainstream primary school supporting students who have a range of needs including RAD, SEMH, ADHD and other additional needs which can create a barrier to learning. This will include both 1-1 behaviour support and group support during Physical Education for KS2. The school itself is easily accessible via car and public transport and has a fantastic reputation. You will need to be able to quickly build rapport with young children who are often disengaged with education. What you will need: A range of behaviour management techniques. To have worked with learners with a range of needs. The ability to re-engage a young person in learning through a range of methods. To be able to commit to working at the school for long period of time. Sporting background Confidence supporting Physical Education.
