Exclusive Product Sales Manager

Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 plus unlimited commission based on sales, with potential earnings over £50,000. Commissions are paid out quarterly . Location: West London, with work in the showroom and client visits. Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm, plus one Saturday a month. Experience : Minimum of 2 years in sales, ideally within the flooring or home improvement sector. Key Responsibilities: Manage the complete sales cycle – from initial contact to deal closure. Proactively identify and attract new clients (designers, architects, construction companies, in the private and commercial sector). Promote our exclusive products through marketing and social media. Develop and sustain lasting relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and valuable referrals We Are Looking For: A passionate sales professional with a focus on results. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly. Motivated, proactive, and ready for a fast-paced environment. Ability to manage multiple tasks and clients simultaneously.
