Ceramic Tiler (CSCS)

Acorn by Synergie is looking for experienced Ceramic Tilers on a commercial job in Llanelli, working on a leisure complex doing wet and dry room tiling. 8:00am - 4:30pm 6-8 weeks work Price work or day rate available CSCS card and PPE required Duties - Measure and cut tiles to fit around obstacles and into corners accurately - Prepare surfaces for tiling by removing old tiles, grout, adhesives, and repairing any imperfections - Lay tiles in a uniform manner ensuring they are straight and properly aligned - Mix and apply grout, sealant, and other adhesives to secure tiles in place - Work with various tile materials such as ceramic, porcelain, marble, or glass - Inspect finished work to ensure quality standards are met Experience - Previous experience as a Tiler is essential - Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools for cutting and shaping tiles - Knowledge of different tile materials and their specific installation requirements - Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team Apply online with your CV attached or call our construction team at Acorn on (phone number removed) Acorn by Synergie acts as an employment business for the supply of temporary workers
