Lead Backend Engineer - Python / Hybrid / Remote London

Lead Software Engineer - FinTech - Hybrid London - 90,000 - 120,000I am currently working with an exciting London based FinTech scaleup who are looking for multiple Senior Software Engineers to join their scaling team. Having initially launched 2 years ago with a small tech team they have begun to scale their internal team currently consisting of a CTO / Senior Frontend / Backend Engineer. RoleAs a Lead Engineer you will be working on the core platform, building out backend architecture and implementing Automation / Data pipelines at scale. With the business solving the complex issues around sales in the US building web application or data systems at scale is a real focus for these new hires. Requirements:Degree in Computer Science or STEM related subject  4-5+ years commercial experience Exceptional Python Skills (Flask ideally)  Experience integrating with 3rd Party API's Experience with Cloud & Infrastructure (AWS / Terraform)  Experience planning and leading projectsBenefitsOn offer is a salary between 90,000 - 120,000, hybrid with a central London office and stock options. Discipline(s): PythonJob type: Permanent
