Senior Structural Engineer
Swindon
50,000 - 60,000 plus hybrid working
Can you see yourself growing and leading a team of Structural Engineers? Want to work on engaging architecturally-led projects with a focus on MMC and sustainable design?
Picture this. An established and highly-regarded practice is looking to offer you, an experienced ambitious structural engineer the autonomy and independence to develop a presence in the South West (and England as a whole.)
They've made a name for themselves up in Scotland, but as part of their expansion plans, they've a rather unique opportunity to take the reins of their new office in Swindon. With whole-hearted support - both technically and financially - from their head office, they want to grasp the chance to lead from the front on a raft of interesting projects.
From bespoke one-off multi-million homes, to the refurbishment of churches and other buildings of cultural significance, there is quite the range of builds to get stuck into here.
They're a new face to the area and have already begun to establish themselves with award-winning architects locally. This is your chance to join them at a pretty exciting stage of their growth.
If you've started to feel that you might be approaching the ceiling ion your current role, now's the time to take a look at what this could mean for you and your career as a structural engineer.
Given the nature of the role, you'll have been working in consultancy for say 5 years or so already as a minimum, ideally with a focus on domestic and residential work. Get in touch today to find out more. I won't ask you for a CV - let's discuss your questions and ambitions first. Call Darryl Yates at Flux Consulting today on (phone number removed), or click apply to start the conversation.
