A client of ours in the Ipswich area are recruiting an HR Administrator to join their team ASAP. This is a full-time temporary position for six months, working Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm and paying 13- 14 per hour. Hybrid working available after a successful probation (minimum of 3 days in the office and 2 days from home).

1,000 bonus after the full duration of the contract is carried out.

Key duties in this HR Administrator role will include but are not limited to:

  • First point of contact for recruitment processes.
  • Arranging interviews and co-ordinating diaries.
  • Liaison with agencies and candidates.
  • Booking of interview meeting rooms.
  • Assisting with candidate feedback process.
  • Booking any travel or accommodation requirements for managers.
  • Onboarding processes, such as reference checking new and leaving employee.
  • New starter forms collation and action.
  • Assisting with the distribution of induction and training schedules to Line Managers.
  • Any wider tasks needed in the small team.


Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Administrator position:

  • HR/Recruitment experience.
  • Good IT skills and proficiency in the Microsoft packages.
  • Highly organised.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Available immediately.
