Building Control Consultant

A well-established, medium-sized architectural consultancy with over 50 years of experience in the construction industry is seeking a skilled Building Control Surveyor. As a registered Class 3 G/H RBI (Registered Building Inspector), you will play a key role in supporting their new BSA Principal Design service. Due to a high demand for this service, the role offers excellent opportunities for career progression. The Building Control Surveyor's Role You will be responsible for inspecting and certifying building works, ensuring compliance with the Building Safety Act 2022 and other relevant regulations. This role will require plan-checking and supporting with pre-assessments. With a team that includes experienced structural and fire engineers, you'll benefit from a multidisciplinary environment. This individual will be well-versed in the latest Building Safety Act 2022 regulations to ensure projects are compliant and safety standards are upheld.
