A small but rapidly growing Cost Management consultancy are looking to add a driven Associate Quantity Surveyor to their growing team in Central London. The role of the Associate Quantity Surveyor The Associate Quantity Surveyor will be joining a Cost Management consultancy who are originally based in Manchester but are looking to start growing their London team as 45% of their work is in London and surrounding areas. This is an incredible opportunity for a driven and hard-working Quantity Surveyor to build and grow a team in London and help to take forward a market and lead a team. As a company their bread and butter is Prime and Ultra Prime Residential, but they also touch on Education and Residential developments. The Associate Quantity Surveyor will also have a clear pathway to a Director position.
