Client Account Manager (B2B) * Client Account Manager (B2B) * Exeter, Devon * Up to £34,000 per year * 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, Commission, Bonus, Pension, Life Insurance, etc. The Opportunity: My client working within the sustainability sector are looking to hire for a Client Account Manager (B2B) on a permanent basis. In this role Account Managers are responsible for maintaining long term, trusting relationships with my client’s customers. The role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, generate new business from existing clients and actively seek further opportunities.​ Acting as the lead point of contact for your assigned customers, you will be expected to answer queries and become a trusted advisor to further improve the customer experience. Skills and Experience: * Experience of running B2B accounts * Outstanding customer relations skills * Exceptional oral and written communication skills * First-class problem-solving & analytical skills * Working knowledge of Microsoft packages * Experience in the transport services sector is highly desirable * Generate sales and revenue among customer accounts – identify opportunities for growth and upsell of additional products * Manage customer renewal process to achieve set customer renewal KPIs * Work with the Product Teams to deliver and ensure customer expectations are aligned with the specification for each product. * Work as part of a team to develop and implement marketing, support and engagement strategies Please call and speak to John here at ISR to learn more about our exciting client based in Exeter, Devon and their ongoing growth plans??
