SNR BMS Project Manager

Your role will be to project manage and support My Client's projects from conception to completion, project managing a project to client requirements, on time and on budget. First and foremost, you will be required to always act to support the business in accordance with the mission and values.
Responsibilities:
Project manage and deliver projects from the beginning to the very end of its lifecycle.
Produce and submit a programme of works at the outset of the project and update regularly to reflect actual and projected progress.
Ensure that all necessary Health & Safety site files are produced and updated applicable to each project and that all information is shared amongst all individuals working under My Client's remit on site with support from the Head of Department or our Health and Safety Advisors as necessary.
Ensure that all works have the required RAMS prior to works commencing and that necessary health and safety checks have been undertaken prior to works commencing with support from the Head of Department or our Health and Safety Advisors as necessary.
Ensure that project-related documentation is completed and, where applicable, issued, such as:
Description of Operation
Points Lists
Points Schedules
Technical Submittals
Requests for Information (RFIs)
Ensure that all project-related documentation is issued to the relevant parties and obtain approval from the client or their representative as necessary.
Ensure that sub-contractors are carrying out works in line with My Client's and the client's requirements, maintaining the agreed costings for the works.
Liaise with the client regarding the various project works on site and seek to offer other My Client's services during the project, liaising with sales support if necessary.
Manage all works on the project site, coordinating works with My Client's engineers, sub-contractors, and other trades to ensure smooth running of the project and adhering to the project programme.
Organise handovers and demonstrations once the project has been completed.
Ensure clients are invoiced promptly according to the supplier's schedule.
Liaise with the client as the first point of contact for any invoice queries, liaising with credit control for any issues highlighted on a specific project.
Attend regular internal project meetings to discuss project progress, financial aspects, and other relevant issues.
Produce O&M documentation
