Marketing Co-ordinator Wellingborough Hours - Monday to Friday 8-4 Salary £22-25k DOE Are you a proactive and creative marketing professional looking to make an impact across a broad spectrum of marketing activities? Our Wellingborough-based client is seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Co-ordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. In this hands-on role, you'll work closely with a collaborative marketing team to drive the brand’s communication strategies, from content creation to analytics and event management, across multiple channels and platforms. Key Responsibilities: Content Creation & Channel Management - Develop engaging content, including videos, graphics, blogs, and digital ads, across social media, email marketing, and websites to keep the brand top-of-mind. Campaign Performance Monitoring - Track and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, email tracking, and website data to uncover insights, prospects, and strategy improvements. Internal Communications - Lead internal communication initiatives by creating and distributing videos, newsletters, signage, and materials to enhance staff engagement and reinforce company values. Event Management Support - Coordinate and support various events such as customer days, exhibitions, and prospect meetings, ensuring seamless planning and impactful execution. Website Management - Oversee multiple websites using a CMS, maintaining content, and providing monthly performance reports for installer partners. Asset Library Control - Maintain organised control over photo, brochure, and video libraries, ensuring accuracy and version control across all marketing touchpoints. CRM Maintenance & Marketing Support - Keep the customer CRM up-to-date for precise marketing communications and lead-generation efforts. Artworking for Marketing Assets - Design and produce marketing materials, print assets, and videos for both the brand and customer use, ensuring brand consistency. General Administration - Manage brochure stock, coordinate information packs for prospects, and onboard new customer accounts with customised packs. About You: We’re looking for a highly organised, detail-oriented professional with: SEO & Analytics Skills - Proven experience in SEO setup and management, with strong analytics and reporting abilities. Social Media Savvy - Experience managing business social channels to boost engagement and enhance brand presence. Communication & Collaboration Skills - Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and content delivery. Creative & Design Skills - An eye for design and visual detail with creativity in creating content that captivates and informs. Digital Marketing Acumen - Knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, with a knack for identifying impactful improvements. Desirable (But Not Essential) Skills: Qualifications: Degree or IDM/CIM certification in Marketing. Creative Software: Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Writing Skills: Experience in creating digital content, such as blogs and technical articles. CMS Knowledge: Familiarity with content management systems.
