Our client, an independent school near Guildford, Surrey are currently looking for a Sous Chef to join their team. The Sous Chef will be responsible for preparing food for break, lunch services and any additional hospitality requirements.
Their catering teams are skilled in the art of transforming fresh, seasonal ingredients into nutritious home-cooked meals that support healthier lifestyles and enable customers of all ages to perform at their best throughout the day.
Working Hours: 40 Hours per week on a full-time contract working 5/7 days. Shifts will vary between 7am to 3pm and 11am to 7pm.

The ideal candidate will have proven craft skills and a real passion for fresh food. Ideally qualified to NVQ level 2 in Professional Cookery or equivalent, you will be rewarded with a competitive salary.
The client is dedicated to providing quality, fresh and seasonal food is supported by a carefully selected network of suppliers across the UK who provide responsibly sourced ingredients - all of which inspires their chefs to create exciting innovative menus.
There are opportunities for those who wish to develop their career further with the client, they have a number of craft and management workshops, should you wish to further develop your skills.
All successful applicants will be required to complete an enhanced DBS application, provide 2 references and have right to work in the UK.
