Reporting to the Brand Marketing Director, you will play a pivotal role in delivering cut-through campaigns across both paid and social. You role will also be responsible for shaping our brand identity, fostering collaboration with internal teams and agency partners, and ensuring a cohesive and impactful presence across all touchpoints. We are looking for someone with strong experience delivering stand out creative work across multiple channels. Someone who will roll their sleeves up and get stuck in across all facets of a brand, from writing scripts to getting involved in website design. This person should also be comfortable providing creative oversight and leadership. We are looking for someone who demonstrates a combination of creative excellence and commercial awareness. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to); Creative Leadership Lead & direct creative ideas & execution across organic & paid campaigns, delivering stand out work that builds the brand as well as delivering commercial results for the business Lead and inspire our in-house creative talent across writing, tone of voice, and brand design. Drive creative excellence and obsess over the details to maintain a distinctive and consistent brand identity We are particularly interested in a creative who can set the direction for the brand from an art direction perspective Lead and manage the wider creative department Collaboration And Connectivity Work closely with wider teams to align & integrate creative efforts from ATL to conversion. Connect the dots to ensure a coherent thread in all creative endeavours, building upon Purdy & Figg’s established brand foundation. Craft And Detail Review and refine every piece of creative work, ensuring alignment with brand standards and a high level of quality. Bring a keen eye for design details and a commitment to maintaining a visually bold brand. Innovation And Big Ideas Foster a culture of creativity by pushing boundaries, challenging norms, and generating innovative ideas. Demonstrate bravery and persistence in pursuing groundbreaking creative work. Brand & Product Be a key voice in integrating the brand within our digital experience, ensuring Purdy & Figg delivers a cohesive and well branded user experience You Should Apply If You Have… Have conceived and directed standout brand campaigns & executions across both paid and organic channels Demonstrable experience in delivering both out of the box creativity and outstanding commercial results. A self-starter who doesn’t need direction to know what needs to be done. As such any director must be used to being close to every detail and happy to ideate, design, write as well as direct Unprecious mindset who is keen to roll sleeves up & collaborate with wider team Strong leadership skills with experience managing creative teams and collaborating with design talent. A craftsperson that obsesses over the details and is keen to stick their nose into every facet of the brand to improve output.
