Primary School Teacher

We are seeking a dynamic, reliable, and enthusiastic Primary School Teacher to join our team and make a positive impact in schools across in Derby. As a teacher, you'll have the opportunity to work in a variety of schools, providing cover for teachers on short-term absences, supporting pupils’ learning, and contributing to a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment. Key Responsibilities: * Deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the national curriculum. * Provide support and encouragement to students of all abilities. * Adapt teaching methods to suit the needs of individual learners. * Create a positive and nurturing classroom atmosphere. * Manage classroom behaviour effectively and in accordance with school policies. * Collaborate with staff and engage in professional development opportunities. What We’re Looking For: * Qualified Primary School Teacher (QTS) or equivalent. * Experience teaching within the primary school age range (ages 4-11). * Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks. * A genuine passion for supporting and inspiring young learners. * Flexibility and adaptability to work in different school environments. * Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with students and colleagues. * A DBS check on the update system (or willingness to obtain one).
