Welding Team Leader Mansfield 35k Kirkland Associates a seeking a time served welder to lead and supervise a small fabrication workshop for our client located in north Nottinghamshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced welder to still be very hands on performing welding duties whilst supervising a team to ensure the highest possible standards.  Welding Team Leader - The Role: MIG welding and fabrication of structural steel Interpreting engineering drawings Implement Lean Manufacturing processes Responsible for Quality Control Direct supervision and training of the workshop team including apprentices Conduct team briefings and tool box talks Create a positive and safe working environment   Welding Team Leader - The Candidate: Time served/Coded MIG Welder Previous experience in a similar role Can demonstrate the ability to supervise & inspire a team Skilled in MMA & TIG Welding with stainless steel (desirable) Monday to Thursday - 07:30 to 16:30 Friday - 07:30 to 13:30 28 days holiday inclusive of Bank Holidays Career pathway These lists are not exhaustive and for a confidential discussion or further information please contact Kirkland Associates INDE
