C+E Night Shunter

Job Title: HGV Shunter (Nights)
Location: Robertsbridge
Pay: 47,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday (60 hrs per week)

We are seeking a skilled HGV Shunter (C+E) to cover a period of sickness. The role involves the safe and efficient movement and positioning of heavy goods vehicles (HGVs) within a designated area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely move and position HGVs within the site.
• Adhere to strict health and safety guidelines.
• Complete safety assessments and inspections of vehicles.
• Couple and uncouple trailers as required.
• Liaise with warehouse and transport managers to ensure smooth operations.
• Efficiently shunt HGVs to facilitate loading, unloading, and parking operations.

Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence.
• In date CPC / Tacho.
• Min 2 years' experience in a C+E vehicle.
• Professional attitude to work.
