Job Title: Site Manager
Location: Initial project in Kent for 26 weeks, with future projects in the Home Counties.
Start Date: Immediate start within 1 week

Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Manager to oversee a housing refurbishment project in Kent. This is a key role responsible for managing all on-site activities, ensuring the project runs smoothly, safely, and to the highest standards. Following the initial 26-week project, the successful candidate will continue to work on future projects within the Home Counties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure project milestones are met.
- Ensure all work is carried out safely and in compliance with current regulations and company policies.
- Manage subcontractors and coordinate site logistics.
- Monitor progress, quality, and costs, ensuring the project stays within budget.
- Communicate effectively with the project team, clients, and suppliers.
- Ensure all health and safety protocols are strictly adhered to.
- Looking after all the subcontractors
- reporting into a visiting Contracts Manager
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager on refurbishment or similar construction projects.
- All necessary certifications and tickets (SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid at Work, etc.) must be up to date.
- Full, clean driving licence is essential.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
