Interim Deputy Headteacher

Interim Deputy Headteacher Job- Immediate Start Panoramic is supporting a mainstream school in the Norfolk area in their search for an interim Deputy Headteacher. This is to start ASAP until at least December 24 but likely longer, 5 days per week. As Deputy Head, your focus will be around Teaching and Learning- coaching, mentoring and supporting staff to improve classroom standards, influencing positive culture change and empowering teachers. Although this is a non-teaching role you will be able to model best practise and help develop teachers to do the same. The successful applicant can be from a Mainstream or SEN background, but with an understanding of what effective learning looks like at KS2 level.
