Technical Sales Manager

Technical Sales Manager required for a reputable, long established manufacturing company based in Ipswich. The role requires a strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand complex machinery and manufacturing processes. The Technical Sales Manager will work closely with the engineering, production and customer service teams to ensure that all sales efforts align with the company’s strategic goals. Key Responsibilities: * Sales Strategy & Business Development * Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company targets and expand market share. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and new markets. * Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners * Provide technical advice and support to customers * Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to customers. * Work with the engineering and production teams to tailor products and solutions to specific customer requirements. Applicants must: * Have experience in technical sales within the industrial machinery, manufacturing, or engineering sectors. * Have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a technical sales environment. * Be experienced working with industrial machinery, manufacturing equipment, or similar technical products. * Be willing to travel as and when required.
