Chef de Partie - Brunch, No Evenings
Job description Job Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie for our All Day Dining restaurant. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in meal preparation and ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen.
Duties: - Assist in the preparation and cooking of menu items as directed by the Head Chef. - Ensure all food preparation meets high-quality standards. - Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment. - Adhere to food safety regulations and procedures. - Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service. - Support in stock management and inventory control. - Contribute to menu planning and development under the guidance of the Head Chef.
Requirements: - Proven experience working in a professional kitchen environment. - Proficient in culinary skills with a focus on food preparation and cooking techniques. - Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures. - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant setting. - Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. - Relevant qualifications in culinary arts or hospitality management are desirable.
