We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to helpsetup and deliver robust, structured reporting, analytics and models for theAir, Line-haul and Sortation transportation teams in Europe. You will be a keycontributor to shaping our strategic innovation program by equipping theproject teams with the insights and tools to drive the performance and ensurethe highest customer satisfaction. The growth of the business and the increasing complexity of the Europeantransportation network make this role an exciting, interesting, and verychallenging proposition. Expect to get involved in supporting new projects andinitiatives, driving performance, and help building plans for the future. You will have an eye for detail, experience in delivering end to end techproducts from requirements, scoping, planning, tracking, testing launch androll out. The role requires you to feel comfortable working with and clearlycommunicating with other functional teams, regionally and globally. The position will be based in LondonLuxembourg. You will be reporting to aSenior Manager, working with their (larger) project team. The ideal candidatewill be comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; will be a creativeand an analytical problem solver Key job responsibilities • Define business opportunity, long term vision and roadmap for our productofferings. • Lead expansion of our product globally, including defining strategy andfully owning product and marketing roadmap for international expansion. • Scale innovative solutions to Amazons size by working closely with datascientists and engineers. • Own and drive strategic product communications (e.g., decision narratives,investment proposals) with senior leaders and executives. • Design mechanisms to ensure long-term product and business success. • Drive alignment between product, design, tech, science, and risk to executeon the vision. • Comfortable communicating with technical stakeholders. •Partner with internal stakeholders across multiple teams, gatheringrequirements and delivering complete solutions. - Work with in-house globalsupply chain, transportation and logistics teams to identify new BI and DataScience capabilities and projects ### BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Experience in technical product or program management - Experience in software development - Experience in technical program management working directly with softwareengineering teams - Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, buildingprocesses and coordinating release schedules - Experience working directly with engineering and research ML teams ### PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience in project management disciplines including scope, schedule,budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management - Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, buildingsustainable processes and coordinating release schedules - Experience defining KPIsSLAs used to drive multi-million dollarbusinesses and reporting to senior leadership Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
