Ottolenghi Notting Hill is seeking a talented Junior Sous Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team! Our restaurant & deli has a loyal following and a reputation for offering exceptional Middle-Eastern and Mediterranean cuisine.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Sous & Head Chefs in daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation
Contribute to menu development and creative recipe ideas
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Supervise and mentor junior kitchen staff
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a similar role
Strong knowledge of Mediterranean and contemporary cooking techniques
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations
