Workshop Supervisor

What we can offer you; Access to our people's pension scheme Free physiotherapy service Discounts on everything from groceries to well known retailers Access to a range of resources to support your physical, mental and financial health; so you can lean on us whenever you need to Ongoing training and development opportunities, allowing you to reach your full potential What you'll be doing; Assist the Workshop Manager with staff development and upskilling Supervise health and safety, complete risk assessments and method statements Plan and forecast jobs, manage stock levels, and distribute work Drive production meetings and manage work in progress Provide technical assistance for repairs and field issues Complete technical reports and develop quotations Manage workflow to meet deadlines and customer expectations Support continuous improvement, liaise with suppliers, and participate in new product development and customer site visits What we're looking for; Engineering diploma or equivalent work experience (centrifuge background desirable) Proficient in relationship management and effective communication Advanced time management skills IT proficiency and ability to lead by example Adaptable and responsive to customers What's next?
