Warehouse Supervisor Support

Our client is looking for a driven individual to join their long standing and respected business as support to their Warehouse Supervisor. Ultimately, with training and guidance, the right person can expect to be promoted into the Supervisor position within 18 to 24 months.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a can do attitude, be willing to learn and ideally have previous experience in:

• Working in a warehouse environment (essential).
• Operating an FLT and/or overhead crane.
• Previously managed people & taken responsibility for a process.
• Working with IT systems to manage production and warehousing operations.

The ideal person will:

• Have the ability to balance your responsibilities within your manual working requirements.
• Be passionate about the customer - ensuring deadlines are met and customer expectations are met.
• Be able to motivate others and change attitudes.
• Ensure good quality products are produced throughout the area and company.
• Be confident enough to challenge the norm.

In return you will receive:

• 14.53 per hour paid weekly (increasing to 16.88 when promoted to supervisor)
• Working between 6am to 4:30pm Monday - Thursday and finishing at 3:30pm on a Friday.
• 23 days holiday + bank holidays (increasing to 25 days with service).
