Band 6 Occupational Therapist br br Interested in learning more about this job Scroll down and find out what skills, experience and educational qualifications are needed. br They are open to speaking to candidates on band 6 level with a view to offering a long-term contract with an hourly pay rate of £25 - £27 P/H. br Essential criteria to be considered for this role: br To provide a key role in facilitating the seamless transition from community hospital to patient’s own home and transferring the care of the patient to other appropriate services to maximise the patient's independence and quality of life. To complete Occupational Therapy assessments of patients with diverse presentations, with complex physical and psychological diagnoses, to inform treatment planning based around agreed and realistic goals.
