Senior Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities: Develop, test, and maintain high-performance software that meets industry standards, emphasizing security, safety, and user experience. Lead technical investigations and mentor junior team members, promoting best practices and ongoing improvements. Collaborate with UX and design teams to define and refine technical requirements based on user needs. Engage in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups. Use source code control systems and manage software issues through platforms like Jira. Ensure compliance with safety, performance, and regulatory standards. Provide innovative solutions and technical support to internal and external stakeholders. Keep up to date with the latest technologies, fostering continuous learning within the team. Essential Skills: Expertise in C#/.NET (version 6 or higher) for API development. Experience with a modern JavaScript front-end framework (e.g., React, Angular, Vue). Proficiency in mobile app development using cross-platform frameworks (e.g., React Native, Flutter). Strong understanding of relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server. Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps practices like automated testing and continuous integration. Desirable Experience: Background in healthcare or medical software development, with knowledge of healthcare data standards (e.g., FHIR, OpenEHR).
