Registered Manager £51k to £60k pa Company shares / profit sharing Welcome bonus / Relocation allowance Residential Children's home in Bradford The Registered Manager will have the opportunity to influence and personalise the new home. Successful applicants must have previous experience as a Registered Manager of a successful OFSTED registered children's home with either a good or outstanding rating. Rewards & Benefits: * Relocation Allowance or Welcome bonus (subject to negotiation) * Company shares available / profit sharing Requirements: * NVQ level 5 or equivalent qualification in Leadership and Management (Children and Young People) or a willingness to complete * A minimum of 2 years experience working in a children’s home (reg28 compliant) * A strong knowledge of care standards and Regs in childrens homes * Knowledge of child protection and safeguarding procedures. * A driving license and access to a vehicle
