Working Hours : Full-time role, Monday to Friday, 7:30 am – 4:30 pm (with occasional compensated attendance at trade fairs/events). You’ll lead and inspire our team, ensuring that we continue to deliver exceptional products and services to our customers as we scale. Key Responsibilities: Leadership : Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, ensuring alignment with our mission and values. Operational Oversight : Manage and optimize all production activities, including production schedules, inventory, and distribution to meet growing demand. Quality Assurance : Ensure all products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. Equipment & Safety Management : Oversee the maintenance of equipment, implement health and safety protocols, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Strategic Growth : Collaborate with ownership to develop and execute strategies that fuel our rapid growth and market expansion. Financial Management : Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and profitability targets. Process Improvement : Streamline production processes and implement continuous improvements. Customer Experience : Ensure top-tier customer service and satisfaction. Team Development : Manage, train, and empower the production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Experience You Bring: Proven experience as a Production Manager or in a similar leadership role. Background in the FMCG/food manufacturing industry is an advantage (but not essential). Strong operational management and leadership skills. Knowledge of production management principles (lean manufacturing, quality control, etc.). Excellent problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities under pressure. Proficiency with production management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with health and safety regulations and compliance standards. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build a collaborative team environment.
