Solution Designer

We are seeking a skilled Solution Designer with expertise in SCADA systems to join our client's team supporting a leading energy company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solution architecture and systems analysis, ensuring the design and implementation of robust SCADA systems. You will be the primary expert responsible for designing, implementing, and upgrading SCADA systems to support critical gas pipeline operations. Role Purpose: The Solution Designer will guide the design and development of SCADA systems within the Operational Technology (OT) department, ensuring system upgrades, implementations, and changes meet business requirements and industry standards. Key Responsibilities: Lead SCADA system design and implementation efforts, ensuring operational efficiency and safety. Develop and maintain detailed blueprints and design documentation. Advise on system architecture and upgrades, working closely with the OT team to optimize processes. Ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and operational needs. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver successful project outcomes on time and within budget. Skills and Experience: Proven experience in SCADA systems design and implementation. Strong solution architecture and systems analysis skills. Experience with designing and guiding SCADA system upgrades in industrial environments. Expertise in producing detailed technical documentation. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
