Marketing Lead - Defense Industry background essential Fixed Term Contract: 6 months with view to extend. The Role One of the ways we deliver marketing transformation to our clients is via embedding consultants directly with our clients to deliver exceptional integrated marketing solutions. You will be embedded in a team dedicated to helping to grow our client’s client base within the public sector, building a community of engaged target audiences of buyers and influencers in this priority market. Required qualifications: Extensive experience (10 years) in B2B marketing Experience within the defence or security including understanding procurement processes and regulations and knowledge of sector-specific marketing channels and tactics. Experience in product launch or in taking a new concept to market Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive revenue growth. Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and measure marketing ROI. Creative and innovative approach to marketing with a focus on impactful, resource-efficient tactics. Experience in developing and launching compelling brand narratives that resonate with target audiences. Ability to adapt messaging and campaigns to specific customer segments within the defence sector. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to identify and engage key influencers within the defence sector. Security Clearance: Existing security clearance or eligibility to obtain one.
