The client is a privately owned Consultancy with a strong pipeline of work. They have a great reputation in the market and are working on some of the region's largest developments within Residential, Commercial, Education, Mixed Use, Retail and Industrial sectors.
THE POSITION
You will be working within a team working directly for a high profile client and manage multiple projects from inception to completion. This is a great opportunity for for someone looking to take that next step up in their career and become chartered!
THE CANDIDATE
The successful Quantity Surveyor must:
- Have a degree in Quantity Surveying
- Have 3+ years experience working in a Quantity Surveying role and has good NEC contract experience
- Have good communication and client facing skills
- Have a willingness to work towards their APC and become Chartered
