They are now looking to expand their team with a highly experienced Business Development Manager to cover French-speaking regions. Job Description: We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Business Development Manager with a proven track record in the aerospace fasteners or aerospace components sector. The successful candidate will focus on business growth in French-speaking markets, driving sales and establishing long-term relationships with key aerospace manufacturers and suppliers. Key Responsibilities: * Lead business development efforts to drive sales growth in the aerospace fasteners market. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities in French-speaking regions, expanding the client’s market share. * Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in aerospace manufacturing and OEMs. * Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring client satisfaction. * Provide market insights and competitive analysis to support strategic business decisions. * Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and meetings to generate new business leads. * Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients. Key Requirements: * Significant experience in business development or sales within the aerospace fasteners or aerospace manufacturing industry. * Fluent in French (spoken and written) – essential for this role. * Strong commercial acumen and a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. * Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events. * Solid understanding of the aerospace supply chain, particularly in fasteners and components.
