7.5 Tonne Driver

Our client in Haslingden is looking to recruit a 7.5 Tonne Driver to work out of their manufacturing and distribution site The work will involve: Delivery of Furniture to clients in a 7.5 Tonne vehicle Working with another driver or drivers mate Unloading vehicles at each drop Helping with taking furniture into customers premises and laying out to a site plan Doing basic assembly duties where needed Heavy lifting The working times and pay: Monday to Friday 03:00-04:00 starts £13.50 p/h initially, reviewed at 3 months for potential increase Weekend work on very rare occasions Overtime paid at x 1.25 over 40 hours and any weekend work x 1.5 Shift length can vary dependant on route, traffic and number of drops Experience/Qualifications Needed: 7.5 Tonne (CAT C1) Licence CPC Digi-Tacho No more than 6 points due to insurance purposes Candidates need to be physically fit due to the nature of the role and the goods If you are interested in this role please apply with an updated CV.
