We’re on the lookout for an experienced SEO who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and take charge of delivering SEO excellence. You won’t just be managing – you’ll be hands-on, working directly on on-page SEO, link building, internal linking, and technical improvements across 2 iGaming SEO Projects. What your day will look like: SEO Strategy: Develop and execute short- and long-term strategies for on-page, off-page, and technical SEO, with a focus on hands-on implementation across 2 SEO projects on which you have full ownership. On-Page SEO & Link Building: Take ownership of SEO deliverables – from conducting keyword research to building internal links and overseeing link-building efforts. Technical SEO: Perform SEO audits, troubleshoot issues, and implement technical improvements directly. Performance Tracking: Monitor SEO performance, analyze data, and report on progress to leadership. Content Development: Build out content strategies for each GEO and oversee their execution without relying on external teams. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and leadership to align SEO efforts with broader business goals. Scaling & Testing: Drive experiments and test strategies that will lead to scalable SEO growth. Operational Oversight: Own the day-to-day SEO tasks, ensuring all strategies are executed efficiently and effectively. Creativity & Cost Effectiveness: Develop and push on organic link-building strategies. What we’re looking for: At least 5 years of hands-on SEO experience, with a proven track record in managing and growing organic traffic on iGaming affiliate sites Strong technical SEO skills, with the ability to implement fixes and improvements yourself. A hands-on mentality – you’re not afraid to get into the details and work directly on tasks. Experience managing SEO across multiple GEOs, balancing on-page, off-page, and technical priorities. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. An eagerness to exceed expectations and put in the hours to drive results. Experience scaling projects, and working with solid SOPs Market knowledge
