Job Overview

As the Marketing & Customer Engagement Specialist, you ll be responsible for boosting our brand presence across social media platforms and engaging with our valued customers. You ll help us reach new audiences, build connections, and maintain relationships with our existing community, while creating visually appealing and informative content to showcase our carp angling competitions.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management: Post regularly on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, ensuring each platform has engaging content related to our carp fishing competitions. Respond to messages, comments, and enquiries from customers to maintain excellent customer relations.

Ad Campaign Creation: Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns via Meta s Ad Manager. You ll create and adjust ads that reach our target audience and monitor campaign performance to ensure effective use of resources.

Graphic Design for Competitions: Be able to create eye-catching graphics for each competition, ensuring they are aligned with our brand.

Boosting Network Engagement: Grow our social media following by running engagement campaigns, managing customer conversations in our Facebook group chats, and collaborating with influencers where necessary.

Customer Interaction: Text campaign customers with updates and announcements via our Klaviyo system, ensuring clear and timely communication.

Content Scheduling & Email Automation: Set up and manage email automations using Klaviyo, creating email content that keeps our audience engaged and informed.

Live Presentations: Host live streams on Facebook to select winners using Google number generator, engage with the audience, and make the competition experience exciting and interactive.

Skills Required:

  • Experience with social media platforms and marketing tools (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Meta Ad Manager).
  • Basic graphic design knowledge (Canva, Photoshop).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with Klaviyo or similar email marketing software.

Pacakge negotiable for the right person. Hours are flexible, and evening hours will be required to host lives streams on facebook. Full-time and part-time considered. Hybrid, or work from our office in Stowmarket.
