THE ROLE As the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our digital marketing strategy, enhancing our online presence, and elevating our brand. With 3–5+ years of experience, you’ll lead initiatives in marketing strategy, digital marketing, design and branding, and website development, focusing on driving awareness, engagement, and conversions for our events. You’ll bring strong expertise in tools like HubSpot, SEO, Google Ads, PPC, and Google Analytics. Core Responsibilities Marketing Strategy and Implementation Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive ticket sales, brand awareness, and audience engagement. Create multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, social media, paid media, and content marketing. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, adjusting strategies to optimize impact and return on investment. Digital Marketing Execution Lead and manage paid search, display, PPC, and retargeting campaigns across Google Ads and other relevant platforms. Implement SEO best practices, conduct keyword research, and optimize website content to improve organic search rankings and visibility. Oversee social media and email marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and lead generation. Design and Branding Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all digital platforms. Collaborate with designers and creative teams to produce high-quality digital assets, such as landing pages, email templates, banners, and social media graphics. Monitor brand health and refine digital creative direction to align with the company’s objectives. Website Development and Optimization Oversee website development projects, ensuring a seamless user experience, optimized landing pages, and conversion-friendly site architecture. Partner with internal and external teams to implement website updates, A/B testing, and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) techniques to improve engagement and conversions. Analytics and Reporting Analyze data from HubSpot, Google Analytics, and other platforms to assess campaign performance and identify trends. Generate actionable insights through analytical reporting, adjusting strategies to improve effectiveness and impact. Share insights and results with key stakeholders, making recommendations based on data-driven findings. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field. 3–5+ years of experience in digital marketing, ideally within events, entertainment, or a similar fast-paced industry. Proven track record in developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies and campaigns. Proficiency in HubSpot, Google Analytics, SEO, Google Ads, PPC . Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with the ability to use metrics and data insights to refine strategies. Experience managing website projects and best practices. Excellent communication and project management skills, with an eye for detail and brand consistency. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications in Google Ads, HubSpot, or other relevant platforms. Experience with social media management, content marketing, and/or email marketing automation. Knowledge of graphic design principles or experience working with design software.
