Triage Officer

Triage Officer (£14,716 pro-rata, £34,033 full-time equivalent, part time, 6 months fixed-term) Job Role We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Triage Officer who is committed to providing a high quality, customer focused service. You will work closely with residents and partners to achieve positive outcomes, ensuring that our residents are at the heart of your work. The successful applicant will be required to process a high number of referrals into the Communities' Hub for support. Your knowledge of welfare benefits, tenancy sustainment and social housing will enable you to confidently speak with residents to make an initial assessment of their needs, offering specialist advice and guidance where appropriate.
