To be successful as the Hoist Erector: Experience in a similar installation role such as LEEA Inspector, Lifting Gear Engineer, LOLER Inspector, Hoist Erector or Hoist Engineer is preferred. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills. A valid driver's licence is desirable for travel between job sites.
