The successful candidate will lead a small team to create a memorable experience for every visitor, whether they are attending a private appointment for wedding attire or browsing the store's collection of high-quality kilts and accessories. Responsibilities : Leading and inspiring the store team to deliver exceptional customer service. Educating customers and tourists on Scottish heritage and the traditions behind the products. Ensuring a personalised and high-quality experience for every customer, especially during custom fittings and appointments. Overseeing daily operations, managing stock, and ensuring the success of in-store events and presentations. Requirements : A strong passion for Scottish heritage and culture. Previous experience in retail management or a customer-facing role where the customer experience is a priority. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
