Field Care Supervisor - Domiciliary Location - Leatherhead, Surrey - Commutable from Crawley, Horsham, Epsom etc Salary - Circa £28,000 per annum A fantastic opportunity has a risen to work for a leading Domiciliary Care Provider delivering care/ support to adults within their own home in the Leatherhead area. The aim of this job is to manage the field performance of the Carers and the needs, standards and rights of the clients in the area You will be responsible for the efficient running of the area and making sure that all care plans are delivered accurately at all times. To be part of the team which supplies on-call services by working week on / week off on the on-call rota. This job holder will report to the Operations Manager but will be expected to work as a Team with the main Office Team to help run a very successful business. Job Description • Full Rota's for the care team • Carrying out Customer assessments prior to commencement of care service • Manage a team of carers • Implementation of quality control procedures • Ensure service users. site management and carers are kept informed and have a good relationship with the company's services - planned visits, checking quality of services provided and relationships • Training and coaching to the care team The ideal candidate will have the following attributes: • Experience within Domiciliary care/Supported living • Car owners and driver • Ability to create care plans and risk assessments • To understand and Implement quality control procedures • Supervisions of staff, appraisals and disciplinary hearings • To have a working knowledge of Health and Safety and other legal factors • Supervisor experience • NVQ level 3 • Coaching and feedback skills • Flexibility For more information on how to become part of this ever expanding organisation and to apply for this fantastic opportunity please contact James Shields on (phone number removed) or email a copy of your up to date CV for immediate attention to (url removed)
