We are looking for highly motivated, flexible, and committed SEN Teaching Assistants for a specialist SEN school in Chester supporting young people aged 4 - 19 years old. The young have autism and additional learning difficulties. ***Immediate Starts*** Location: Chester Job Type: Full & Part time Pay: £84- £95 per day About the Role: This school we are working with is looking for SEN Teaching Assistants to support young people with autism aged 4-11 years whom may have additional learning difficulties and behaviours that challenge. Benefits: Key Requirements: Experience and understanding of how to support young people with social, emotional, mental health needs School experience References covering the last two years (no gaps) Hold a current DBS on the update service or willing to take one out The Right to Work in the UKDuties will include: Supporting and supervising educational games, sports, and craft activities Helping children with their reading Preparing the classroom for a lesson Working with pupils in small groups/and or working 1:1 with children with additional needs Putting together displays of children's work Supporting teachers in managing class behaviour Listening to children read, reading to them, or telling them stories Helping children who need extra support to complete tasks Supervising group activitiesApply Now Can you support and encourage children to flourish?
