Location Great Staughton- (must be able to commute or relocate before starting) Salary Up to £30,000.00 per annum with commission (depending on experience) Contract: Full Time Permanent Benefits Benefits include: Perfomance Bonus, On-site Parking Are you a skilled Agricultural Sales Administrator with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and supporting business growth? We are seeking a proactive and organised individual to join our team and play a key role in driving new business opportunities within the agricultural sector. Due to company restructure an opportunity has arisen for a proactive office based Agricultural Sales Administrator. To be based locally to Great Staughton the successful applicant will have a demonstrable knowledge of modern agriculture, a good understanding of sales processes and will deliver exemplary customer service. Key Responsibilities: Identify and evaluate new business opportunities to support growth Handle customer inquiries, providing comprehensive support and timely responses Generate, issue, and follow up on quotes, ensuring effective communication with customers Manage all customer communications and ensure smooth, ongoing support Provide outstanding customer service, exceeding expectations and building long-term relationships Key Requirements: Ability to commute to or relocate to Great Staughton before starting (preferred) At least 1 year of experience in sales administration or general administration (preferred) Strong understanding of modern agricultural practices, equipment, and machinery Experience using sales management software, CRM systems, and office tools like Microsoft Office Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to achieve business goals If you have a background in sales administration and a passion for supporting customers within the agricultural industry, wed love to hear from you!
