Contract Delivery Officer

Contract Delivery Officer (Fire Safety) Location: Manchester Salary: £40,000 - £42,400 Permanent, Full Time Closing Date: 28th October 2024 We're looking for a Contract Delivery Officer to ensure full compliance in the delivery of fire safety contracts. You'll play a key role in supporting the Strategic Fire Manager to co-ordinate fire safety activity and maintenance, not only ensuring legal compliance but to also understand, interpret and deliver on the requirements of all legislation. In this role, you will support fire safety projects across our property portfolio by conducting property inspections, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing effective solutions and recommendations. You will prepare schedules of work, specifications, carry out procurement of remedial fire works projects and provide technical advice and guidance to colleagues and contractors.
