The Peninsula London is excited to announce that we are seeking a
Food and Beverage Supervisor
to work within our Cantonese Restaurant and reporting to the Assistant and Restaurant Director. This is an instrumental position supervising a team and responsible for the activities relating to service within the restaurant.
On the ground floor, Canton Blue, the hotels innovative Cantonese restaurant, will celebrate the spice-trade union of Asian and British cultures with menus of creative dishes by Chef Dicky To, along with cocktails, and artisanal teas.

Key Accountabilities Responsible for creating memorable experiences through service levels and and delivering a unique beverage offering. Ensuring the team of F&B Attendants are trained and consistently delivering on high levels of service.
Understand all food and beverage items ordered, including ingredients, methods of preparation and sequences of service.
General Requirements Must possess a good knowledge of food and beverage, (including wine) with speciality in Asian food preferred.
Previous Hospitality related training.
Experience within a fine dining restaurant preferred.
Additional languages is an advantage.
Friendly and positive with a flexible approach and ability to work under pressure.
Proactively participate in hotel activities and training, ensuring the roster management allows for the team to participate also.
Establish and maintain positive guest and colleague interactions with productive working relationships.
