Product Manager

Role Description As a Product Manager, you will drive the development and lifecycle management of healthcare products that enhance clinical diagnostics and laboratory services. This includes gathering requirements from healthcare providers, aligning product development with organisational goals, and ensuring that solutions meet regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and internal teams. Lead product development from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with user needs and regulatory compliance. Work closely with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver digital solutions in diagnostics, medical imaging, and laboratory services. Conduct market research to identify customer needs and assess competitive products. Monitor and measure product performance, identifying areas for continuous improvement. Technical Skills Required Experience with healthcare products, particularly in diagnostics, imaging, or laboratory services. Proficiency in agile methodologies and product management tools (Jira, Trello, etc.). Basic understanding of healthcare software development, including APIs and cloud solutions. Familiarity with healthcare regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, MDR). Soft Skills Required Excellent leadership and team collaboration skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management.
