We are looking for a Senior Chef de partie to assist in the day-to-day running of the kitchen; preparing, cooking and presenting dishes to a high standard at this prestigious Education Unit in Chichester area.
Location: Chichester , must be a car driver
Job title : Senior Chef de partie - Work life balance role
Hours : Straight shifts , You will be working 40 hrs per week , paid overtime
Working hours are normally between 8am-9pm - 8 hours shifts , Monday to Friday with every other weekend off
Salary : - £27,580.80 p/a, paid overtime
What do you need to get the job as a Senior Chef de partie
* Previous Contract Catering experience preferably in the Education sector
* Knowledge of Food hygiene and Food Safety
* Team Player and excellent attitude

* Prepare and cook food to a high nutritional standard
* Prepare special dietary requirements
* To promote skilled and appropriate care to individual clients
* Maintain a healthy environment
