Role: This Senior Account Manager position provides an exciting opportunity to work with a leading technology firm specialising in customised digital services, such as Cloud & IT solutions, Cyber Security, ERP, and CRM systems. The role is hybrid, blending remote work with regular visits to the London office, where you will be responsible for managing key client relationships, driving growth, and ensuring high levels of customer retention and satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with senior management to help achieve the company's commercial objectives. Primary Responsibilities: Oversee the daily management of client accounts, delivering both reactive and proactive service. Achieve individual and team sales goals while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Maintain accurate sales forecasts and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools. Handle contract renewals and work to minimise customer churn, aiming for net-zero attrition. Act as a point of escalation for resolving client issues, coordinating across teams to ensure satisfactory solutions. Support the Commercial Team by preparing quotes, attending meetings, and conducting 1:1 reviews. Collaborate with the marketing team on content development and strategies for lead generation. Partner with delivery teams to ensure smooth transitions from sales to project implementation.Key Deliverables: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets. Proactively work to retain existing clients and grow account revenue. Conduct routine client reviews and ensure timely contract renewals. Develop account strategies and maintain up-to-date client records.Qualifications: A minimum of five years of account management or similar experience, with a history of meeting sales objectives. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders, including executive leadership. Prior experience managing a team and performing performance reviews. Familiarity with industries like Cloud Computing, Managed IT services, ERP, and CRM is a plus.
